Venice, november 2008. For the first day and a half it rained, quite heavily, which didn’t stop me trying to get out with the camera. I travelled light, taking only my 24mm shift lens and a tripod. I liked the discipline of having only one choice of focal length, although I did take some panoramic shots one night. Almost all of my images comprise of two vertical shots stitched together, using the shift lens at full rise and full fall, which allowed me to capture a larger angle of view. I will be adding to this gallery over the next month or so, stop by for a visit to see what is new.
