2014 finally saw the idea of a joint book project 'Glasgow Interiors' with Helen Kendrick come into fruition. Helen is a well published author and client, having previously worked for Glasgow City Heritage Trust for many years. With Helen's rich knowledge and keen interest in architectural history, and my skills as an interiors photographer, we decided it was time to look for a publishing deal, which Helen successfully landed with Birlinn books in Edinburgh, a well established independent publishing house. Helen selected various buildings throughout Glasgow, we then had to arrange access and schedule the shoots in around my commercial work. No mean feat, days off this year have been few and far between. Great to have been involved in the project, I never thought I'd see myself having a book published by this point in my career, here's hoping it's not the last. The book can be purchased here.
