We spent two days working our way through the extensive range of products that the famous Scottish bakers Morton's make day in day out. We all know them for their incredible crispy 'Glesga' rolls, but I was astounded when I got a tour of the factory prior to the shoot just how many rolls they make a day, not to mention all the other products, this is just a fraction of them. It's an extremely impressive operation.
The brief was pretty simple, and due to the high volume of product, we had to use a set up that we repeat the process quickly for each one. The images were intended for the website primarily ergo some uniformity was required, social channel usage was also required. Given the nature of how we worked on location, the post-production proces could be relatively streamlined.
