For a talented chocolatier you may look no further than Stacy Hannah owner of Sugar Wings. Homes & Interiors Scotland commissioned the portrait photographs as part of the 'Meet the Makers' series. The temptation to stuff my face was overwhelming, and I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but these are easily the best chocolates I've ever tasted. The way Stacy thinks about the flavours and presentation is fascinating, it's was great being able to see the process from start to finish.
